David Rubenstein
President & CEO
David oversees the strategy and success of the firm, while remaining heavily involved in forming and maintaining client partnerships. He began his consulting career in 1998, previously serving as President of Carpedia Hospitality prior to founding Galleon.
David lives in Toronto, Ontario and is a graduate of McGill University.
Richard Scott
Vice President & Managing Partner
Richard participates in client strategy, product development and account management for the firm. He began his consulting career in 2006, and has led projects in industries including Hospitality, Manufacturing and Oil & Gas.
Richard lives in Toronto, Ontario and holds degrees from both University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.
Amber Sherman
Vice President & Managing Partner
Amber participates in client strategy, product development and account management for the firm. She began her consulting career in 2007, previously working within the Quality group with The Ritz-Carlton.
Amber lives between New York and Miami. She a graduate of The Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University and currently serves on their Dean’s Advisory Board.
Chris Thomas
Vice President & Partner
Chris participates in client strategy, business development and account management for the firm. He began his consulting career in 2011, predominately leading projects across the Hospitality Industry.
Chris lives in Toronto, Ontario and holds degrees from both McMaster University and Harvard University.
